Notice of AGM 11th February, 2021
Please see attached the notice of the 2021 AGM for MFSC.
2020, as we all know, has been quite challenging, and we are all still facing a period of uncertainty.
In order to ensure we are able to grow and expand figure skating in Victoria, it is important that we all support the figure skating clubs….and, as such, I would ask you to consider your membership renewal.
I do understand the reticence to join, and appreciate that many of you will not consider this necessary until it is time to compete. See below for links to :
- Notice of the AGM
- AGM Minutes from 2020
- Agenda for the AGM – note this contains a resolution to change the financial year from 30 September to 31 December to line with the membership year. This will require an update to the association’s rules (attached) – the updated rules with the financial year change
- Financial Statements for the 2019-2020 year.
